As for Tav being "average at best"
Tavernier(I call him that because I don't know him personally) is the highest rated SPFL player in the UEFA Europa league players rankings. He is the twelfth highest rated defender in the whole tournament . He is the second highest ranked English player.
He is in front of EVERY Celtic player. Yes even the player yoos were claiming was the best in Scotland just a few days a go.
Mind you I don't know if shots assists are part of the criteria.

We can't stress how much of an achievement today's victory at the ALKASS under 17 tournament was.
Not only did Rangers beat a quality Italian side in AS Roma but they won a tournament that had teams from the biggest clubs in Europe representing.
Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, PSG all sent their under 17 teams.
Rangers don't have an under 17s team so their under 16s team competed. The Rangers team was the youngest team in the tournament.
A remarkable achievement for Rangers and Scotland.
