Of course we are going all out to win the CL and PL. That doesn't mean we will. We are behind both City and Liverpool and play them both away. That makes us at best a 5-1 shot. It's even more long odds in the CL as there are even better teams still in it. 10-1 at the very best. That means we will not win either three quarters of the time even if still in both this late on. Since we've only been good enough to challenge in the last three seasons it's really not surprising we've not won anything yet.I'm suggesting the opposite of "Spursy" in that you need to stop acting like little bitches and come right out with the fact that you want to win and are going all out to win the league, the small time "trophies don't matter" attitude is what is holding you back. Don't you worry about Klopp he'll be fine, concentrate on winning things and stop being small time girly girls.
Tons of United fans ringing in wanting Poch again

Not wumming, but why are you so sure. He has stated clearly and (if he's open to leaving) unnecessarily that he's planning to stay for the long run and I believe he means that. He has a completely free hand at Spurs, would he get that elsewhere?
The lack of belief is what is holding you back imo, **** the odds or if there are better teams than you. We get called deluded but if we were in your position right now we'd be full of **** and calling ourselves the ones to beat and fearing no team and I include Barca and Real and Bayern in that, **** em they can be beaten on the day. Take the shackles off and go for it FFS I find Spurs a frustrating team and the club attitude filters down to the fans. Dream FFS it might happen.
Never? There were times during his reign when some United fans turned against the greatest manager in the history of the game mate.
What he’ll get due to his history with the club is an extended period of goodwill. If things went tits up they’d take longer to turn on him, but eventually they would, irrespective of his past.
I think he’s done too much at Spurs in terms of rebuilding and improving to just up sticks and leave for another Prem side, he’s made Spurs into a team who are on the cusp of potentially something quite special and I just get the impression he wants to see if he can indeed “complete his project”. I think when he does leave us, it’ll be to either PSG or Real. No doubt Utd are far bigger than us and in general would be a no-brainer but I just don’t think the job there is as appealing to Poch right now as what the PSG or Real ones would be.
They’ve been working on a league title for 58 years so it’s a slow burner.

Agree.Spurs fans lack belief as does the club. Hence no glory
So are Spurs in the title race or not?
The other angle is that he might think, 'I've been here 5 years, given it everything and improved the club, but still not won any trophies'. So if an offer from Man Utd, Real or PSG came in, he might feel justified in leaving, knowing you're in better shape than when he arrived.
I personally think he'll be at Spurs for another couple of seasons, but if Utd did come in for him in the summer, who knows ?
Anyway think I'll leave the match thread for the Europy mongs since it's Thursday
Depends who you ask.
Nsis/powerspurs no chance.
Spurlock yup
Hiag, they have already won it mate
There’s still a lot more improvement to be made though, the fans can see that and I think he does as well, so I get the impression he wants to (try and) see that through with the end goal being a trophy of some form.
Can’t be certain of course but I just don’t think he’d leave for Utd. Plus, if he’s looking to leave for more or less instant trophy success, PSG and Real are far better options at the moment.
