Speculation ..... altho' he has not been liked by the majority of Swans supporters over the past few years,I suspect that Jenkins overruled the American decision to offload Dan James to Leeds for chickenfeed. They obviously pushed for the movement of a number of players - some deadwood and some our future. It has been obvious for a longtime that they have no real interest in the future of our club. I believe Jenkins finally realised that the Yanks were simply asset strippers, and James and Fer were the last straw. For all his past mistakes and errors, I think Jenkins cancelled the James move at the last minute, sticking it to his controlling bosses, and by resigning, bringing the whole sorry mess of Swansea ownership into the light. If by resignation, NDA becomes null and void, then more to come I think.

And for those of you happy about Jenkins leaving.....wait until you see who the Yanks will appoint to take over. This could be the start of the end of a great footballing history.

oh so the last 3 /4 years have been gloriousAnd for those of you happy about Jenkins leaving.....wait until you see who the Yanks will appoint to take over. This could be the start of the end of a great footballing history.

Maybe, but he sold the club to them.........going by the above statements he has finally had a gutful of the Yanks
Those were the bedfellows he chose, toughgoing by the above statements he has finally had a gutful of the Yanks
There's no way they'll offer that salary to new person though. It was a paid post offering a salary of £660,000. There's absolutely no reason why it shouldn't attract some high calibre candidates.

Yanks paying for his shares incrementallyThat begs the question why Jenkins was paid that much...…..
