Like has been said, he will end up with his mate as PSG. FFP won't bother them, when you're that rich its not an issue

I am firmly in the camp that believes we only got Virgil because of the couts sale
That said we were interested in Virgil prior, blackpool etc.
I am certain that we got Alisson with couts and cl money
Our need for both of those two was far greater, yes it appears Klopp warned him but he was no Macca. We got top dollar for him and many of us said he was not worth it at the time (bit like sterling). So i bear him no ill will, i am literally meh about him.
Barca came calling and he is south american, cant blame him, dont agree with his choice like. Ford is quality but may require change of manager and style to get best out of him

I'd love him back but he'll be too expensive imo. I don't think Klopp would hold a grudge if he returned

I doubt there is too much to read in it as far as cout goes.

Playing for barca usually guaranteed trophies and nice climate to be in and earning good money.

He be that bothered about not playing lol. Most players now days are not fans of clubs they play for.

Why would he want to leave? Esp going to manchester ****ing deluded media!!

I don't think he'll return to the PL any time soon. Only places he'll go are Bayern, Juve or PSG. Two of them can't afford him.

maybe his 250k per week wages would turn into 400k per week.

greed could motivate.

PSG couldn't afford Neymar and Mbappe either but they got them regardless.

Bayern and Juve don't conduct business like that.

Very important point. The fact that he gave us some magic moments seems to have blinded many to the fact that like many gifted players he blew hot and cold much of the time.
The 25 yard curlers into the top corner erased the memories of the more frequent times the ballboys had to go out into the car park to fetch the ball back.
Great talent when on it, but nowhere near Suarez for work-rate and sheer bloody-minded determination.

I think you lot ought to realise we took him young and developed him over 5 years and at the end he was far far more than a 1 in 5 player.

if mutd buy him he should he absolutely savaged and id be well happy is one out our lads jist kicks him so hard (firmino lol) that the red card received would be well worth it.
