Yep. They play pretty awful football 95% of the time, but I can't begrudge that given the sheer lack of quality footballers in the squad. Lascelles is quite good, and I'd take him off their hands in an instant if they got relegated. After that, their second-best outfield player is...Rondon, I guess?
Form table of the bottom seven since Ralph took over (every team has played seven matches): Burnley: 12. Palace: 10. Saints: 10. Cardiff: 8. Newcastle: 5. Fulham: 5 Huddersfield: 1.
Was a tough part of their schedule: Wolves at home, where they lost at the death after battling for most of the match with ten men, a win at Huddersfield, draw home versus Fulham, then Liverpool/Watford/Man Utd/Chelsea. They'll be reliant on 1-0s and the like, because they are bereft of scoring, but they have 9 in 6 thus far in six-pointers against the other members of the bottom seven (two wins, and three 0-0 draws)...think they'll scrape it.
And almost the current bottom of the table except for CP & Burnley the wrong way round. If Vester hadn't had that brain fart v Cardiff that would've looked different too.
Activity, or non, in january could still have an impact. Only Hudders are definitely gone imo though today was a huge blow for Fulham.
I think most people know that tbf, can't take nothing away from him though and still wouldn't bet against him keeping Fulham up. Burnley have been on a good run tbf, gonna be a tough game up there.
