Anyone know ow I can buy a ticket for me and my lad through the official site. Trying to get tickets for the Everton game. Only allows me to select adult ticket in all areas when I click on the seats. First time I've tried doing it this way. Do I need to be logged in?
Yeah you need to log in and then if you want to purchase together you have to link your account with the other customer number.
Yeah, done that, but still can't work out how to add the £8 pound ticket for the nipper. Nor can my wife, so I don't feel quite so stupid!
As soon as I enter my number the system recognises that I'm a senior and adjusts the price...surely it would do that for your son's number. If not, try the good old phone...talking to a human being can sometimes be simpler.
