I think it doesn't help that I have grown up in an era of the Premier League where loyalty has disappeared completely as I have grown up. It also doesn't help that we are often guessing about circumstances surrounding his departure. I would have loved him to stay, and I wish we had him, Liam Cooper and Cairney etc... still with us.

I would be interested to know these "worrying traits" as I am not sure what those would be.

Agree. Loyalty is an outdated and extinct idea.

I challenge any man on here to keep a straight face and say they haven’t shagged a few birds behind their missus’ back, selfishly let their parents or family down, let their kids down, sold their mates out etc.

This is 2019 not 1919.

Fletcher isn’t very highly rated by anyone. I’d take him though, West Ham bought him and Middlesborough 8 million must be a player in there somewhere.

Really? I can remember people ****ing about how he was going to be the best footballer ever to walk the planet at some point.

Fletcher seemed a prospect when on loan at Barnsley, but has been apparently poor at WHU, Boro and Sunlun.

Boro ****ed us around last window with him too; it'd be good to give it back here.

Wtf did you expect? We'll be getting bodies in as cheap as possible = to the number of bodies going out. If we're lucky we'll get one to click.

We are replacing poor with just as poor, all I can think is he's on less money so we are saving that way, if not then it's just pointless

When talking about loyalty to your home town club, should a young Harry Maguire (just 21) have stayed with Sheffield United when they gave him a contract offer instead of signing for a Premier League Hull City?

Different way of looking at it. Similar idea - first choice for his team, wasn’t going to break in against better players at the new club, already had a contract offer on the table to stay, made just six appearances in his first year then loaned out in January, etc.

Harry had played a fair few more games than Tymon as well so was more proven or more of a prospect.

"nothing in my work career has ever involved loyalty, Happiness and money are far more important."
I find that odious. You can be happy without money, you obviously can't.
Thanks for telling us all how successful you are. Did you really need to or justifying it or proving how great you are.
Hopefully your circumstances don't change as some of your "friends" may not turn out to be such good friends.
