I'd suggest Maguire was completely raw at that time and didn't come up to scratch in training. He was as raw as **** in the championship the following season and many thought h wouldn't make it in the pl. Bruce bought him for the long term. He certainly wasn't pickable above Davies and Dawson in the successful championship season.

The far end of a fart ****ed who accuses people of things they are doing themselves. The £40 million is a different matter. No one knows for a fact what the Allams want for the club, what strings are attached and, more importantly, what they would accept. My feeling is the club won't be sold in the near future.
