Yes he is telling them targets and already has the staff there working on the way he wants them to play etc... Even if he was sacked, clauses could be out in the settlement for a monetary amount etc. I have no reason to doubt him, he represents players and managers at a high level so would be in the right conversations to know. He isn't the type of person who just tells me anything and everything. He's only ever told me stuff that he's certain about.
