    Which means precisely what?
How many were free transfers or small sums. Most I would say.
And look how much the club has made on them.

Which means he will, given the opportunity as demonstrated by his time at previous clubs, sign a significant number of players. Who mentioned fees? Players need paying.
City made reasonable money on some, could have been more. The Allams I would suggest have made more than the club itself during their tenure

Which has what to do with Bruce?
And if he'd have stayed most players would have stayed on gone for huge sums eventually.
All managers sign players. You don't seem to grasp this. But look at the signings he made.
i couldn't give a **** what he does at other clubs. Only what he did for us. Which was outstanding.

Stop making things up, I grasp perfectly well that all managers sign players. I'm simply making an observation. Brucey typically has requested a significant war chest to sign players, improve his playing squad, was it not this reason that when not supported he decided to depart City? Whether we've made a profit or loss on his signings whilst at City I don't know.

    I'm not making anything up.

Did he tell you personally he requested a war chest?

You're a poster who just likes to sneer at players and managers aren't you. Always looking to someone down.
Pretty sure it was you who took great delight in continuing to call clucas clueless all the time.
Maybe something missin in your personal life that you have to always have someone to knock in a team you supposedly support.

No, he was systematically and deliberately driven out by Ehab.

Stupid bloody comment 'did he tell you personally', no it was widely reported at the time, accept that or not!

Clucas was not very good in my opinion at the time, yep it was me who called him clueless, he was a transfer at face value supported by a certain Mr Clement who had seen him score I admit a great goal against Swansea, and subsequently decided to support buying him for Swansea at what I considered to be terrific fee.

A forum is about expressing and/or sharing opinions; I'm sure even you can get your head around that.

Noted, any insight into the reasons behind this?

Bruce and Ehab never got on, I don't know exactly why, maybe Ehab just wanted to stamp his authority after taking over, or thought he could find someone better (deluded fool that he is).

It was widely reported. So bullshit then.
You appear to want to be negative and sneer all the time at our players and managers.
    Must make you feel better.

To do with his villa pay off, if he took over a club in the same league before the end of the Jan window then his payment would be effected

According to an agent friend of mine. He mentioned it to me Sunday afternoon after laughing at me for 10mins when I told him we are going up via the play offs. Convo went onto the last final vs Sheffield weds and Bruce going there now and the usual manager merry go round

Won’t he just tell them who he wants (including coaching staff) & they’ll buy them, if they can.

It would be a ridiculous & pointless condition.

He also got sacked, didn’t he?. That would mean an automatic settlement.

Think your friends pulling your pisser.

Yes he is telling them targets and already has the staff there working on the way he wants them to play etc... Even if he was sacked, clauses could be out in the settlement for a monetary amount etc.

I have no reason to doubt him, he represents players and managers at a high level so would be in the right conversations to know. He isn't the type of person who just tells me anything and everything. He's only ever told me stuff that he's certain about.
