I wish people could taste what I made tonight it was really nice but that's down to Madhur Jaffrey and not me, made a mess of the plate with that underside of the thigh meat showing but taste wise it was good.

There are lots of different types of curry and there's nothing wrong with a coconut milk based one, the sauce was perfect. It's a great recipe and one I can't take credit for although I can make a good one from scratch myself.
