To try and answer your original post, if Lee Darnborough was responsible for bringing in Burke and De Wijs, he deserves some credit. They aren't the finished article and its clearly needing a good coach to get the best out of them, but yes he deserves some credit. And NIgel seems to be getting performances out of Kevin Stewart too now.

It's a good point. I've been impressed with both Burke and De Wijs.
They're only going to get better po.

Yes, what sort of twat gets people suspended from forums for writing things they don't like?

I don't want to disrupt this thread, so if you've got an example of that, can you send me it via PM?

Even though I'm not on here so much now, bans still tend to be a joint decision between the mods to reduce the chances of that happening. I can also see any ban requests and would definitely speak up if I thought it was simply personal, rather than for the good of the board. I don't recall any from OLM that fit your claim.

It's a known fact mods on here can't stand knowing hull shuts at eight thirty, no one sits outside drinking and there is no cafe culture.
They can't handle the truth.
And don't even get me started on their suppression of population of the wider metropolitan area to attendances of teams.

Fascists.

There’s always the Facebook group if people don’t like the way here is. Only, on there, you can’t swear, say anything even slightly offensive against the other users or question their mods ever as you just get blocked immediately, no questions asked*. It’s ridiculously strict and discussion barely happens because it’s just seen as arguing.

I don't do Facebook, but I was told recently, that, Australian guy who used be on here, can't remember his name, but he was obsessed with strikers aresholes and he made **** clocks. Turns out he's a moderator on there <doh>

I was removed from the group.

I think you're referring to Tigeroo who turned out to be a closet Mackam.

Indeed. He posts daily about what he and his wife have been up to. It’s genuinely strange on a football forum.
