Will anyone miss the minority forums when BBC 606 closes?

I will certainly miss the Archery board and the endless argument over the relative merits of Robin Hood and William Tell; the Fencing board (B & Q v Homebase, steel v wood etc); and the Rowing board (sarcasm & wit v abuse).

I do hope this forum will be augmented with boards representing these fine sports in the near future.

The funniest was when people used to post on the American Football board asking how David Beckham was doing in the NFL. They used to get sour-faced replies like "David Beckham wouldn't last two minutes in the NFL!":laugh:
 
Yeah...

There was a time, late 2007 I think when we had a group of 'gentlemen' who 'spread knowledge' to the minority forums, that was a fun battle with the mods. Intelligent_Analysis was our leader I seem to remember...
