They've been cancelling trains for months as they have a small number of trains, and some of them are ****ed.

Russian roulette when you book with them, not helped by fact that they are very coy about when their services will be 100% again. Seem to remember Peter Levy putting them on the spot and they said '2019'. He asked summat like 1st of Jan or 31st December? Response was tending towards the latter.

Today's train dint run yesterday or Thursday, cos train ex Kings X dint leave first thing. But sometimes they get you on another company's train to Donny then to London. Alas, today not. Just a bus to Peterborough.

Happy to take your money, reluctant to give info and slow to give refunds.

Not a winning business formula.

Hope they survive but they are trying the patience of many people (the ****s).

I used to use them a lot for work but can't count in them now so don't take the chance, I always travel from Donny or Sheffield now just so I know I'll get there

I’m only 25 min from York... so it’s easy for me. The express non stop train from York to London is only 105 min, 3 trains per hour. Easy & fast!!

I'm in the Northern Powerhouse, no electrified trains as yet, a two lane A road, intermittent train connections to the rest of the railway network.

Zeebrugge and Rotterdam, easier and more reliable than getting to London.

Trouble with that for Hull based folk, is, it takes about four and a half hours from York to Hull on the train, as well as the fare being just short of £900 . *

* this may be a slight exaggeration, but when you consider York is only a stones thrown away its a mighty difficult journey by rail.

It’s a crazy situation how 2 cities (york & hull) only 40 miles apart have such utterly ****e connecting infrastructure.
It would not be acceptable in any other part of the country.
Can you imagine Liverpool & Manchester accepting such poor connections

Like Scarborough then.

By the way the local bus service is just as bad.

The first team travelled down on Hull trains...be interesting to see if the ones traveling back actually have a train to catch

They need to be brought to heel.
Take money knowing full well services will be cancelled.
Allegedly have new trains arriving in the Spring.
Doubt they will last that long.
