I think it's a probate and she's being soppy about anyone carving up her relative's property to make a couple of quid.

The property might have sentimental value, maybe her childhood home, and she likes the romantic notion of seeing someone buying it who fits her idea of the next custodian, as opposed to a faceless investor.

Naive and a bit daft, but I can understand the sentiment.

She’s going to have to get very lucky then, particularly in this market!

Even if someone bought it for themselves the likelihood is they’d knock it about and smarten it up.

For me in these situations you just price the investors out of buying it if you know in advance. As the value of a property is subjective to the buyer. An investor wants to make profit so will offer less than market value to enable the profit. Where as a buyer that wants it for a home would pay more as the profit isn’t an issue. That said most buyers will still want to see some sort of profit as no one wants to buy a house that needs doing up and find its only just worth what it owes.

Mrs luv has pissed me off, she's only signed my youngest up to a pay as you go sim only contract for £16 a month with only 1GB of data, right in the middle of the contract. Was going to get him an iphone 6s for £18 a month with a better contract but that's all ****ed now.

Ive left women for less than that...you need to sort your **** out bro
