Its quite possible, Spurs have been consistent for 3 or 4 seasons now and Arsenal have made a good choice in replacing Wenger.
This is a massive problem for MU, they are not just chasing us and Citeh. They are in a heap of trouble

sure... it's a matter of who is most equipped and which competition you think is going to hurt who.
