Shaq has been the bollocks mate. 13mil <rofl>

Against 75per cent of the league I'd start him with either Fabinho/Hendo/Milner/Gini as the 2 sitting behind. Basicslly have Shaq as a hybrid 8/10.

Hes ****ing boss with better players round him. Hes a 50mil player imo

Paid for himself in shirt sales

According to the Swiss Ramble 'For every €40 shirt sold the average profit is €12'. So there's some money to be made for the clubs.
That's an optimistic figure. Most things I've read on the subject say somewhere between 10-15% of the profits goes to the club and it doesn't come near to covering the players' wages - never mind their fee.

As of right now, based on we have nobody else I would agree we can probably do that.

Keita isn't fit and itsn't fit enough for the prem period in terms of stamina so we need to figure out that double pivot.

IF shaqirir player we need to be bale to switch between a 4213 and 4123. In short we need a CM like windy or milner to have the brains to be able to see where the game is at or take instruction to sit in.

I really think going 4231 is the wrong thing to do as it doesn't help any of the front 3.

they'll have to fire sale.

good.
Be interesting to see where the rules on that would go.

Could chelsea be forced to undersell as need to get rid of players and clubs knowing this will offer very little transfer fee.

They would still be Chelsea's asset so would they not have power to refuse lower offers?

I'm surprised chelsea are not trying to sell them on now whilst they can still get value for them.

Wouldnt we just leave them to rot on the bench instead?

Because you want ampadu and Hudson odoi and the like to come through and fill the post brexit home grown quota

I meant why would it be a fire sale if we werent going to make good money on them.

Be glad to finally give some of the youth players a chance!.

No cos you can't have a wage bill of 60+ players.

You can. We have some russian roubles to spare

no you'll always make money on them for sure. I just mean you'll have to shed a hell of a lot of them OR buy another team ala red bull and move them all there.

For me if the rules flip round to 12 english/club grown I am not sure how many serial loanees you have that will qualify for that.

Oh i see what you mean. Do the 18 year olds we buy in bulk and then loaned out not count as homegrown? Thought it was be at the club for like 3 years before u21?

Think quite a few of our loanees are brits (well the well known ones).

no they have to actually be trained.

the best who start at 8 or 10 are fine.

buy in an 18 year old and they won't be hg. if you loan them all out..

I need to check but I think joe gomez is fine for us as club trained.

I don't think anyone but uefa are giving the home grown and club trained distinction.

e.g.. barely is home grown but John Terry would have been club trained.

you must have 4 club trained, 4 home grown and the rest of 25 foreign.

if you do t have 3 club trained your squad of 25 is them 22

They will if loaned to a English or Welsh club

they'd be home grown but not club trained.

it depends on the rules applied.

the ideal English solution is b teams where these talents can actually play and be considered club trained. if they want England to win something then get the best clubs to make best players.

Yep. You said hg in what i quoted

Gossip that Juve are sniffing around about Fabhino. He has looked off the pace tbh but that is quite common first season in PL.

They’re probably starting the process now knowing that in 4 years he’ll be a free agent.
