@ImpSaint. Can she call another referendum? (to me, she's just pissing both sides off, making everything impossible, then calls another referendum, saves the UK from ridiculousness and becomes the greatest PM ever?)
She could suspend party membership for the Rees-Mogg type of Conservative MPs who want a Hard Brexit? That would then scuttle that particular problem.

The only democratic solution i can think of is a 3 way AV vote.
No - Deal.
Deal
Remain.
First round will knock out the smaller leave vote and we can decide for ourselves between the then known meaning of brexit and staying in.
A straight 3 way vote would favour remain due to the leave vote being split so wouldn't be representative.
Thats precisely what i meant by AV so yeah i agree.Don't need to do it as two rounds. Make it a ranked-preference vote: each person numbers the options 1, 2 and 3, and after the first round the option with the lowest vote total is reallocated based on the voter's second preference. So if in the first round this deal finishes third (and I think it would), that option gets taken off the table, and their second-order choice between No - Deal and Remain carries the day.
At least the defence budget would go up.

It's just in practice the Brexit vote will be split in two and neither will be near the total remain vote for the first round unless there's been a massive swing in opinion since the first referendum, so the first round will be choosing the type of brexit.
