I think it was various ‘topics’ – The first one was the ‘home grown rule’ and why 2 Under 23s were on the bench; then there was the injuries to TC and Stieperman; followed by JR being ineligible to play and Pukki having his first game back after being out for 3 weeks.
My goodness, what a coup SW pulled off getting Pukki on a free – yes, both his goals were ‘tap-ins’ after tremendous work by the rest of the team, but how often have we seen those hit straight at the GK/blazed wide/blazed over the bar????
Edit - A quick stat – in our last 10 games, we have only conceded 5 goals, including Klose’s OG!!!

IMO, NO; we don't NEED to sell them and the reward COULD be many £Ms in excess of any fee SHOULD we achieve the 'P' word.
Of course SOME on the board will be tempted, but IF they were, then a 'loan back' until the end of the season MIGHT be acceptable.
The money we got for all 3 JMs should keep the bankers happy for a few more months.

I don't think they were tap-ins. The first had to be cut back across the keeper from a tricky angle and he had to read the build up to time his run to be in the right place for the second. What impressed me is his composure in front of goal. He doesn't snap at shots and seems to instinctively choose the placement to beat the keeper and that's what makes him so clinical, both for us and for his country. What a brilliant find he was!
Depends who the offers are from, if it's a Premier team near the bottom they might feel they're better of sticking with us and NCFC might feel like we don't need to sell because our chances of promotion is promising.
So we’ve ended the weekend in 2nd, but that’s an INCREDIBLE achievement when you look at our squad compared to that of other clubs, especially when you consider that we’ve done it with no loanees from the likes of Liverpool or Chelsea.

Kinda hope not, I don't mind going under the radar and think that brings less pressure.

Second on goal difference only. On the shoulder of the leaders is a good place to be at this stage. Going back to the Gary Gowers article mentioned earlier, this sums up our current play:

Imagine being a defender trying to deal with the build-up to our third goal. Our team passing success rate is always over 80%, but now it happens at a much higher pace between players swapping positions while still instinctively reading the next pass before the defence can respond. It allows us to dominate play while still being attractive on the eye. The trick will be to make this last through the whole season.
