Is it? I was shocked at the food prices, but is a long time since I have organised anything similar, so had absolutely no idea.
I was at somebody’s party in the summer and the buffet food was half-full at the end of the night. Happened before at other places too. Maybe it’s just me... not a fan of buffets
If you’re not there first too, everybody will have already fiddled with the food you’re going to eat.
If I'm invited somewhere swanky and nice, if not, when I passed Rampant Horse the other day it looked open ...
I've got a bit of a do planned just before Christmas. All my best mates are coming together with all my family and various work colleagues and general acquaintances. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a very popular guy. It's being held in a venue appropriate to the numbers who have replied to the invites. Payphone top of Goddard Ave. I've cancelled the DJ and the bouncer.
Been to Burt’s on Marina Food was nice, although I thought it was catering for kids really? (Which is fine if you have them or are one) Reminded me of Frankie & Bennys (which I also like and go to, but just tends to have quite a few kids in)
Jesus. That’s going to cost a ****ing fortune. Take her on a cruise Askew. Then use the life insurance payout to celebrate properly in style in Vegas.
Hepworth arcade, "piss up on the corner", I'm doing a poetry event there next year... ****ing dance floor isn't very big though.... plenty of gin nearby....
I agree with you, it's just half decent. Nothing special, just decent enough. There are so many better Pizzas places.
