The company I work for have put the final pay deal across today for the next three years, much better than the rumours that have been floating about... However as a part of the union I think we'll vote against it. For starters we want our blue car park passes back, don't like the purple ones, it's an anti establishment vote, it's not about money..... I've voiced this to a leave voting mate not in the union.... he didn't see the funny side
