Last time I was here, it was women's football you were insulting, now it's making the assumption that if a referee is gay, he must be **** - you don't exactly cover yourself in glory, do you?

Congratulations Eccers on being the first to notice my deliberate mistake.............:emoticon-0105-wink:

Didn’t know it was a competition... Harrison is on loan from Man City not Chelsea, Alioski went to left back not right back.

As for this tippy tappy candy dandy thing? Are you referring to tiki-taka short passes or that these players are trying too many step-overs, tricks etc?

No Chesh, band is correct, they're going to band him to a tree and take pot shots at him, and he deserves it.....:emoticon-0105-wink:

Aylings been playing like he's above himself, and he's not, all the attempts at tippy tappy dandy candy footwork is costing us cos it leads to nothing. He's very slow getting back after giving ball away which leaves our defence exposed to quick counters, and his passing is becoming woefull.

He's always mouthing off to refs, whether it's about him or another player, ours or there's, and the match ban will do him good by hopefully dragging him back down to earth.

Berardi may well slot back in to RB now Pontus has virtually sealed his position again, and if Berardi comes back on fire, which I believe he will, Aylings going to have a lengthy stay on bench.

Harrison is also guilty of tippy tappy dandy candy footwork, it's like he's trying to impress Chelsea and not Leeds; I can see why Chelsea sent him out on loan. Sako and Harrison play similar football, their final ball doesn't happen most of time...............on top of all that, Roberts is now trying the tippy tappy dandy candy football, and it ain't working for him either, someone needs to grab him by scruff of neck and sound a foghorn down his ear'ole.

Don't know if anyone else has noticed, but a lot of our passing and football is aimed down our right side, and a lot of it ain't paying off either, how many goals have we scored coming from right side assists, crosses, passes etc without Pablo.................is there any wonder Alioski has time to ring the chippy and order his tea.

Alioski put at RB and he plays a hell of a lot better, why, cos he was getting more of ball and he could do what he does best. Alioski fouled on wing followed by a near pinpoint cross onto Janssons noggin resulted in a goal, and the equaliser. By rights we should've been 1-0 up if wasn't for the refs stupid decision giving them a penalty.

Ref was abysmal and definitely on Brentfords side, I suspect we're going to see a few more matches with refs like that as the FA/FL don't want us out of this league.

2 points,Berardi won't keep Ayling out, because he offers very little going forward, compaired to Ayling, and the football league is indeed corrupt if Chelsea sent the Man city player Harrison on loan.<laugh>

These are things you simply cannot understand if you have never been a goalie!

Third point, Ayling’s first touch is way better than Berardi’s. Yep, Ayling has been off the boil for two or three games but is integral to Bielsa wanting to play it out from the back. Far more likely Berardi will be challenging Cooper for a place for exactly this reason.

What I will say is, Alioski is not my type of player but he looked 10 times better when he went to left back - I’m assuming it was left back as he was on the line to our keepers left but I could be wrong <whistle>

Bloody right Chesh, congratulations to you too on finding my second deliberate mistake, I always say there's intelligent people on this forum.....:emoticon-0105-wink:

I think Berardi will keep Ayling out, Berardi has much more experience and knowledge than Ayling imo. While Ayling goes forward, not much comes of it, but he leaves big doors open when the other team counter, this puts extra pressure on our defence and gives the opposition an advantage.

I think, looking back, many other teams are doing their homework on us, player by player, Ayling got caught out, and left behind many times during Brentford game, there were some quick counter attacks down Aylings side.

It’s great to see when it works but there are times when a clearance is the safer option. Blackburn won tonight. Will be another battle in two weeks
I agree Eire, I've been saying that for a while now. Sometimes kicking it long is the safer option than playing tippy tappy football in the box. Every game is going to be a battle. Whoever gets the two auto spots this season will have deserved it. I just hope when our injured return that we can start picking up 3 points.<ok>

We also may have another issue to deal with. Bielsa has said time and again he has a plan A and sticks to it. I agree with him and think it’s a great idea but wonder does it mean as season progresses, opposition teams will figure out how to combat our system. On a side note McGregor was thumped last night. At least that might keep him off the tv for a few months

Have you got the right member Kiwi, I've never insulted womens football, joked about it about 100 yrs ago, but never insulted it that I remember.

Also, you missed the whole point of me putting those videos up, which is not surprising as you wrote like you couldn't wait to berate me......Are you Gay by chance Kiwi?

My RB mistake has been changed to LB Kiwi, my appreciation for pointing that mistake out to me......:emoticon-0148-yes:

I suspect you're the kind that won't / doesn't make mistakes on here, a true scholar and example we should all learn from.

He'll probably use the time to decide how he's going to spend his millions Eire.....:emoticon-0148-yes:

When sides play 3 at the back and encourage wingbacks to push forward... teams always look to counter in the space behind. Ayling is encouraged to get forward, so there is space behind that others are meant to cover if the move breaks down. It’s an accepted risk of the style of play that gets accentuated when the wing back plays crap and gives the ball away like yesterday.

Can't stand him myself. Didn't watch because I didn't want to line his pocket any further. Heard there was murder after the bout.

My take on yesterdays came
They deserved a draw for the way they played although the penalty wasn't one but when Pontus caught Watkins later that one was
I thought the front 3 for Brentford were excellent Canos Mauphy and Watkins strangely we were offered 2 of them but turned them down Canos for 2'7m and Watkins for 1,7
Pontus was MOM I thought he was colossus Cooper did is usual calamity cameo and gave away a silly goal scoring chance from which they got the penalty
Ayling wasted too many balls aiming down the line but with too much pace so the ball went out of play I thought he had a poor game Pleased to see young Clarke get a role he will only get better
A very enjoyable match a testament to the EFL I also thought that Baker played well when he came on for Saiz

Didn’t watch either. Got highlights on Twitter. He’s an embarrassment to the country and that so called sport is an insult to people’s intelligence. Having said that if I’d thought he was going to be battered I probably would have paid to watch it <laugh>
