have to say a draw was all we looked like getting.Ayling is average at best Beradi should slot in at right back.Alioski looks a better full back than a winger.
so i will say it again we need a centre forward of size and height the end of the game was suited to such.
the ref was abysmal in not sending brentford man off but had no hesitation on Ayling.saying that he should have kept his big mouth shut moaning about the free kick.
the penalty was a blatant dive and any decent ref would have seen that .
we should have beaten brentford but not with this side it's not good enough all around.
Ayling is probably the best right back in the league, one bad game and you want to swap with a player who has a big heart but is only half the player,Ayling is.

We played one of the best footballing sides and had a **** ref with a team depleted with injuries. No I'm not happy with a draw because there's been to many recently but it's a long season and I hope the likes of Brentford and Sheffield United drop off so what's more impotant than the win is keen the believe together. We will look a lot more fluid after the break. A lot of you mother ****ers are acting spoit due to the start we had. Wouldn't we all be happy with 5th place right now without the Belisa influence? We are going up, and if we don't it's because we didn't spend but if we build on what we got and throw some cash at it next term were out of here. **** me how long have we waited? It's happening this or next season if we can all pull together but thats exactly what we need to do. Seriously belisa is the best thing I've seen in my lifetime (didn't see Revie) but saw what wilko did with his plan and I spat feathers when I heard what Belisas wage was but I'm humble now. He's going to drag us up with the resources he's got available this term or run away with it next. Seriously play your part, if you can get to elland road scream your ****ing head off because your witnessing history in the making. Theres going to be frustration and there's going to be cristsism but let's play out part as the best fans in the world and make a ****ing difference.

Sides have ‘got to us’ a few times this season. Everyone comes with a plan to stop us effectively building from the back... either by pressing us, or retreating and parking the bus. We have to counter these measures and it won’t always work... we frightened teams at the start of the season and when sides don’t have an effective plan, like Sheff wed, we come forward in waves at them. But it isn’t going to be like that every match. And We’re not going to roll everyone over just because Roofe and Pablo come back either.

What I take comfort from though, is I thought we played poorly in our last two games. But even when not at our fluent best we’re at least holding our own. Sides have troubled us like brentord and Birmingham early on... or stifled us like Boro and Millwall... but apart from the first 30 mins against Swansea, no one has looked like rolling us over. The points we have is the very least we deserved. Everyone is w*nking over West Brom, but they got out of jail at Sheff wed, who we had just battered for 90 minutes... and They were lucky that reading weren’t out of sight at half time today.

We’re in pretty good shape.

Man of the match - Jeremy Simpson

In a game of high intensity Simpson was the standout man for Brentford as he gave Leeds an incredibly difficult afternoon in the middle of the park, not allowing the home side to get into their usual rhythm at any point.

I do like Bielsas after match comments, he has a way with words, more style than me. I thought the ref was a tw4t

"When we have the possibility to look at the video and make your own opinion, my opinion on the penalty is useless, it's not important. We can't conceive football thinking the referee will not make a mistake"

Brentford are a good footballing side so to fight back showing immense character & determination to gain a deserved draw after all the cheating, gamesmanship & spoiling tactics is nothing short of remarkable when you consider our weakened line-up & half the team's performances way under par today

Positives
Jansson's immense faultless performance.
Pontus back on the scoresheet.
Clarke's impressive debut for one so young.
Alioski's excellent 2nd half performnce, our new LB.
Better from our substitutions today.
Last season we'd have lost that match.
The spirit of this squad under such adversity.

Negatives
Cheating referee, he may well hide behind the security staff, an absolute disgrace.
Brentford's diving, feigning injury/gamesmanship antics.
Cooper and Ayling - Brentford's best players apart from the ref.
Pontus rage that will cost him financially as the Football League will do their utmost to protect their cheating inept referee. Good on Pontus for confronting the FL & Sky telling the truth.

07 Peacock-Farrell
03 Ayling
10 Jansson MOTM
05 Cooper
04 Dallas
07 Phillips
04 Harrison
05 Saiz
06 Klich
08 Alioski
07 Roberts
Subs
06 Baker
06 Forshaw
07 Clarke

0 Referee - Simpson is his name, should be banned from refereeing in the championship until he becomes competent at this level. Hope not to see this clown at ER again.

I'm glad you called it as it was. It was NOT a shocking inept refiereng performance, that bordered on corrupt and i think he the club should ask that he be investigated. I will accept that refs can make mistakes but I won't accept different standards for giving decisions based on who made the foul that happened today. Today he was basically a cheat.

Just thought Brentford had that extra muscle that with the exception of Phillips and Klich our midfield struggled to deal with.
That extra muscle was that **** of a referee, a ****ing disgrace who should never officiate a football match again
Brentford are a good footballing side and neither side deserved to lose

Yes but the way Wakey said it,I don't think he meant replaced for the one game,Ayling is anything but average.
And you might want to change band to banned :police:

No Chesh, band is correct, they're going to band him to a tree and take pot shots at him, and he deserves it.....:emoticon-0105-wink:

Aylings been playing like he's above himself, and he's not, all the attempts at tippy tappy dandy candy footwork is costing us cos it leads to nothing. He's very slow getting back after giving ball away which leaves our defence exposed to quick counters, and his passing is becoming woefull.

He's always mouthing off to refs, whether it's about him or another player, ours or there's, and the match ban will do him good by hopefully dragging him back down to earth.

Berardi may well slot back in to RB now Pontus has virtually sealed his position again, and if Berardi comes back on fire, which I believe he will, Aylings going to have a lengthy stay on bench.

Harrison is also guilty of tippy tappy dandy candy footwork, it's like he's trying to impress MAN City and not Leeds; I can see why MAN City sent him out on loan. Sako and Harrison play similar football, their final ball doesn't happen most of time...............on top of all that, Roberts is now trying the tippy tappy dandy candy football, and it ain't working for him either, someone needs to grab him by scruff of neck and sound a foghorn down his ear'ole.

Don't know if anyone else has noticed, but a lot of our passing and football is aimed down our right side, and a lot of it ain't paying off either, how many goals have we scored coming from right side assists, crosses, passes etc without Pablo.................is there any wonder Alioski has time to ring the chippy and order his tea.

Alioski put at LB and he plays a hell of a lot better, why, cos he was getting more of ball and he could do what he does best. Alioski fouled on wing followed by a near pinpoint cross onto Janssons noggin resulted in a goal, and the equaliser. By rights we should've been 1-0 up if wasn't for the refs stupid decision giving them a penalty.

Ref was abysmal and definitely on Brentford's side, I suspect we're going to see a few more matches with refs like that as the FA/FL don't want us out of this league.

Even these refs were better than than Simpson

I dont rate ayling we can do better.hes a headless chicken.he cant cross a ball and is slow at turning and his attitude is rubbish.he deserved what he got and he let the club and fans down i would expect the team captain to give him a slap but whos gonna slap useless cooper hes junk.
