Can we keep the run going ?

Was it me or was their goal a complete fluke? No replays on the sky red button. It looked in real time like the Derby player had no idea and the ball just bounced off his body

Good game, even though my stream was about a min behind. I love the way we're fighting for the ball - winning the 50-50's and not giving anything. Our passing is still haphazard at times, but the number of scoring situations we created, especially in the first half is exciting.

Certainly Mark Rivers thought it was a total fluke. Not our best result, but perhaps our best performance this season. It would have been great to win, but the draw puts us back in the top six. Bring on Stoke!

As I said, draws a very good result.

We never do well against Derby, and they always have fantastic players. Very happy to go there, outplay them and come away with a point.
Goal attempts – DCFC 13 NCFC 14
On target – DCFC 6 NCFC 5
Blocked – DCFC 3 NCFC 7
So only 2 shots 'off target!!!!'
Overall a fair result

This from 'Paddy's Pointers -'The Leicester City midfielder has made a seamless top flight transition. But it was a nod perhaps to a softer side to a ruthless profession all three found themselves together in the away end at Pride Park to support their former club.
In an era where much is made of the growing disconnect between player and fan it was a reminder the old values are not quite yet dead

So, one hurdle safely negotiated and could easily have been all 3 points. When you consider that Derby have 2 of the most promising loanees from the PL in the shape of Mount and Wilson, so it shows the progress we have made under the guidance of DF and his young squad. Unbeaten run continues shame we couldn't get that second goal and dropped 2 points , but that's the way we play .

Cup More than half full .
From DF's post-match comments - “Either we take another chance on the counter or you defend your goal and maybe we were not fresh enough to be brutal enough not to play without any mistakes. We got the feeling on the touchline we wouldn’t concede."

The way things are going, I can see us getting automatic promotion.........

As long as DD keeps doing the matchday threads.

I think it is totally unfair that Farke and the team get all the plaudits, when it is blindingly obvious, it is all down to DD's matchday threads.
Reminds me of the old battle cries that Weaver used to do on the old 606. (anyone else remember them?)

Obviously, if the run stops, then we will all want DD's head <whistle>
