the award ceremonies are over... he needs to.put that behind him too.

he needs to stop.addressing press and club need to stop interviewing and putting him.out there.

he's scored 3... we are joint top. let's just get on with it now.

I don't think dropping Mo is about Shaqiri being a better option. I think it's about giving Salah the rest / kick up the arse he needs

maybe ****ing off to Egypt and scoring a few goals against **** might help him.

against man city we need him.running that channel and making city hurt.

if he can't then shaqiri won't either

Didn't he recently score two and get two assists in one game for them? Also missed two penalties too though.

Just playing him through it might be the right path, I don't know

Last season I remember him frustratingly missing chances, but found his groove eventually.

    yeah he did.

I dunno... just looking at Napoli away who got.beat today by juve and then man city and thinking....... these are the real tough games. there's easier coming after the internationals.

he got into good positions. he was just absolutely ****ing dire shooting today.

Going into the last ten minutes today, I was thinking the pressure on the Napoli game is going to be hugh if we don't score as we'd be at risk of losing three in a row.

We all knew it was a tough run but I think most of us would have taken the results we've got so far; important to beat PSG, no one cares about the Milk Cup and anything is a bonus away to Chelsea.

Agree on Salah. He's working hard and getting into the right positions, it's just his end product.

    4231

    AB
    TAA Gomez VVD Robbo
    Keita Gini
    Salah Firm Mane
    Studge

get all 4 of them in, take pressure off Firm to lead the line and be the creative link up and allow Salah to stay wide

    not away to napoli though.

also that is in effect asking salah to go further away from goal.as a proper right winger..

Yeah thinking more in home games where gonna dominate the ball.

Salah was at his his best last year wide where he can make runs inside. He’s coming central too much now, you don’t need to start near the goal to score, it’s where you end up.

Itlll allow the CBs to make sturridge as a focus point as well as firm and mean the full back has to mark salah and when he cuts in makes it tricky for the full back if he goes or passes him on.

How good was that pass from firm for salah on the one he went round the keeper. On the volley little dink through... perfectly weighted.

I think that would take something away from our game. Firmino being up top and leading by example would be missed

imo just tell them.to get back to basics.

if I were thinking to do anything at home I'd try shaqiri and kieta ahead of wijnaldum as a midfield 3

At home we don’t press from the front against most teams because we have the ball for most of it and when they get it they don’t try play out from the back usually

Bobby isn't creative either though, if you're switching to that system you're killing Bobby.

I agree with you about Salah (and Mane) starting further and wider from goal though.

is it a question of getting sturridge into team or what?

klopps played 433 virtually all the time.

imo if he's got changes to.make it's a more attacking cm than henderson/windy combo and tactical.discussion with firmino and salah

Just leave Studge on the bench an let him do his thing, no need to change anything.

I dno, Firm has that ability to go past a player with a dip of the shoulder and has the through ball in his locker (see today’s pass for Salah).
