Great first half, and a bit dodgy in the second but we were still the better side overall and deserved the win. It's amazing how one player can change a game like Morison did. He was brilliant for twenty minutes and then his age caught up with him thankfully.
Steve McClaren has now won more London derbies as QPR manager than Ian Holloway did in his second stint in all competitions (P9 W0 D4 L5). Steve McClaren (5 of 10) is the first permanent #QPR manager to win at least five of his first 10 games in charge since Iain Dowie in 2008 (7 of 10). Both stats c/o Jack Supple.

Apparently he's gutted he hasn't scored yet, and is doing extra training with Andy Impey. You get the feeling once he gets one, he'll get a bucketload - looks class at this level.
I am pleased that my 2-2 prediction was unduly pessimistic - would that all my mistakes had the same kind of happy outcome
Back from the pub... First time I have seen QPR on TV for a bit and looked great in the first half and slowed in the 2nd, however we did okay. Happy with that. Eze was class. I am glad I never knocked Scheetv after first 4 game...We will be okay and maybe have a good season.
We were let out of the pub just in time for the start, and thankfully so. We started the game superbly, with excellent interplay between Eze, Freeman and Wells and playing at a high tempo not seen in recent times. Wells is a different class to this league and Cameron also looked very comfortable, although he faded in the second half and could have been replaced, I thought (when Scowen did eventually get on he he played right-wing!). Millwall were poor, but we let them into the game in the second half by sitting back too much. The expected aerial bombardment came to nothing though, with Lynch winning pretty much everything in the air - even winning second balls from his own initial header! A comfortable win, but I wish we'd been more positive in the second half. Onwards and upwards!
Sadly we won't play teams as crap as Millwall every week. We really buckled under the second half pressure and but for their appalling shooting things could have been very different. Also really disappointing to see Eze blatantly cheating towards the end after an otherwise excellent performance. On the plus side we played some of the best football i have seen for several years in the first half and it's now very clear that Wells is a major asset at this level.
