Yeah it was ****, not least because I could only recall them having 3 real chances and they took all of them.

Tosun missed 3 ****ing sitters and the enigma that is Niasse smashed one into the bar with the goal gaping.

A decent game though in fairness, and I’d called them winning yesterday as it had “Everton that..”written all over it.

Meh.

In other news, the M62 is my new most hated thing. I despite it with an actual passion.

They’re all giddy at the minute, we’re still in the kopites ‘it’s our year’ period. This usually ends as the leaves fall off the trees, only this year I think it could be an extended season and they’ll still be dreaming of the Holy Grail when Christmas looms..........then the wheels will fall off. They won't hear it because...err, it's your opinion.

I think Levy took his eye off the ball this summer, with regards to transfers. As we all know the stadium build was / is behind schedule and maybe that took priority. On paper they do have a decent squad which should be fine for top 4. The fact they don't appear to be firing on all cylinders is hardly Levy's fault.

The rest is just wishful thinking on your behalf. Just because Arsenal took 10 years, doesn't necessarily mean the spuds will too.
