I think that’s a really poor interview, he knows perfectly we’ll that it’s not the economic climate that’s the issue, it’s the owners being ****s.
He's just a not particularly good spin doctor, Adkins. That picture of him at the Hull Ladies match reminded me of Slutsky at Hull Fair, at least Slutsky was honest and when it was **** didn't go on Twitter with his laptop looking for 'positives' from matches with no shots on target. The only way to look at our matches this season is to look at our squad versus the squad we are up against and on that Derby should batter us again. A point would be a miracle.

2-1 City
Then the international break.
Where we then have time to get Elphick, Martin & Grosicki incorporated into our first 11 plus Irvine will hopefully back.
Onwards and upwards.

Some people seem to be confusing apathy with antipathy.

The type of misleading words beloved of our owners who misprepresent the situation in a deliberately inaccurate way to deflect scrutiny.

Stayaway fans are in the main not 'apathetic'. They are angry, resentful, disappointed, defiant, disgusted, priced-out , tired of being messed around, lied to, deceived, alienated and at the end of their tether.

Don't paint the fanbase as 'couldn't care less'; it's a fanbase that has had to tolerate the asset-stripping of tens of millions of pounds of talent by vindictive, cynical, bungling owners while the media have in the main given them carte blanche to do so. Our club's continuing plummet down the tables is not down to a poor manager or poor players - they're by and large doing their best given their abilities , but the systematic disposal of any decent players to swell the coffers of the Allam family.

So it is down to poor players. Course it is soft ****.
