You chairman is a ****ing idiot mate. Rejecting £6.5m+ for a striker with dodgy knees and less than a year before he is official worthless is absolute suicide. Our manager and owners weren't going to be pushed over the barrel by you lot, and you've missed out on cash that could have done so much to help mend your lousy defence. If you go down this season, you know who to blame. As for us, I'm very pleased to have Beckford. He's played and scored at PL level, which is more than Maynard has done. Similar level to Maynard but £2.5m cheaper. Lavvly stuff

at Bristol, and especially this guy. They are officially the ****test club in the league, and will be the ****test club in league 1 too. Enjoy your relegation scrap, empty stadium and depressed fans. In the Premiership, Beckford scored a ratio close to 1 goal every 2 games if you're doing it by minutes on the pitch. We're getting arguably a better goalscorer cheaper and you're getting **** all No wait, you got worse than **** all, you got McGivern

Absolute blinder, youve kept Maynard for 1 more season, and then he will walk for nothing, brilliant, makes great business sense.He has def got some bottle tho, wanting to play in a half (if not more) empty stadium, and enduring a season long relegation fight, makes no sense whatsoever really does it. It isn't animosity as such, in fact right now it's more pity than anything else....a part of me feels sorry that your irresponsible chairman has cost you £6.5m for a player who only has 10 months on his contract left!
Why cant you just face it, noone wants to join Festa! £6.5 million is a lot of money, the player just didnt want to go! You offered a scottish team £millions aswell, and he didnt wanna go! Wake up and smell the bacon, all your players that have signed are not signing for the love of the club, its simply coz other clubs refuse to pay such high wages! You have been linked with countless strikers and failed to get any of them, what does that tell you? It cant be coz players are not willing to drop a level, just look at nolan, bentley, bellamy (last season) its your s***y club that are really not going anywhere! And how many of the signings were actual first team players? Apart from Danns and Pantsil, the rest were all surplus to requirements and were loaned out before you signed them! Like the title reads..... Congrats on signing a load of reserve players.....
