He’s signed for a club managed by his dad’s best mate, he may or may not end up at Leicester, I’ve no idea, but neither has anyone else.

He refused to sign a fantastic deal and he wonders why they're pissed off?
Developed him, nurtured and supported him for 6 years, maybe more.

His father is one of the greatest players in Wednesday history. Absolutely adored by the fans as was junior.

**** em all eh just take the money.

"Watched young Hirsty for a while. The only thing I can say is that most Wednesday supporters are very disappointed. I can see little reason, other than money, why he did what he did. The club bent over backwards to accommodate him and by now he would have been playing first team football. His dad regretted not moving to Man U and I think that’s played a part.
The laws on money seem to used to penalise some clubs and not others while there are loopholes like this one which make the viability of training up young players questionable. If you can’t profit from making money on the rare exceptions who go all the way is it sensible to have a youth academy at all? Can we afford it, or is the FA just encouraging us to buy more overseas talent, however unintentionally?
We’ll put it behind us but it leaves a bad taste. One that other teams may well have to get used to."
 
One team we will finish above of is Sheff Wed they are a poor team definitely worse than us.
We should have put them to bed in the first half.

Back four bit of a mixed bag. Lichaj looks like a wise head, defensively much better positioning than Aina. Thought generally Burke looked quite composed, though not seen the penalty back yet. Felt an unnecessary challenge from our end. De Wijs still looks a bit naïve. Kingsley looked less solid than Lichaj
Thought Batty was the more influential of the two central midfield players than Henriksen. Looks a very good prospect. Have to admit I just don't get it with Henriksen although he actually took a bit more responsibility when Batty went off.
Bowen played well ,always a threat, Kane I like as a player and good attitude but oddly positioned at left side midfield.
Evandro started well but then anonymous, much as against Villa. Feel he actually needs to drop in a bit to link the play more.
Campbell big improvement on last season - looks fitter and sharper, and creating things for others too. If we can keep him fit, he could do much better this season.
And Jackson looked well up for it when he came on.

And I thought Wednesday were the most MASSIVE club in the world, bar none.
