You may just have given me a bit of clarity, in conjunction with Wakey's post. The way I read it, particularly the emboldened, underlined line, was that Glory had created a second account called ELM with the prime purpose to cause disruption. I'm now beginning to wonder if I've misinterpreted the OP. Can you put me right - have I misinterpreted it? Is it actually 2 separate investigations?

If you confirm, as I think you will, that these are 2 unconnected investigations, then I apologise if I appear to have gone over the top. I was infuriated mainly because I couldn't see the connection. I still think that many of the questions are relevant & have remained unanswered since I raised many of them more than 2 years ago, particularly the rules around banning. I'll park it for now, as long as you promise to address it after all this has a line drawn under it. Much of it is actually relevant if the threat of legal action persists - you'll get asked the same questions by someone with fancy letters after his name.
My sympathies do lie with you mods for dealing with us overgrown kids, and particularly with Ristac, who has had a right old baptism of fire. I must confess to laughing out loud now & again, Rich. Apols, but you would in my position too, given the start you've had. You couldn't make it up!
If you could perhaps make a clear statement re. the investigations being unconnected, I'd be happy for you to close this thread.

It's two different quieres but they certainly do in twine. Once the supermod's saw this and then what unfolded put Eric bang to rights looking at data from another board. Can't really say more yet. But I've gave my word Eric will be looked into some more. As ristac mentioned earlier he was banned almost instantly with what evidence come back, glory was longer. Sorry to be vague for now.

We asked brb to check the account of ELM, this was done by inviting him into a 19 page conversation
The check returned different results to what we were expecting, much deeper results. The 19 pages of conversation were 90% discussion about the disruptive behaviour on Sunday and Monday.
Brb does NOT believe Glory is ELM and stated this to us from the beginning, no idea how much brb read of the 19 pages but ELM was banned Monday evening, Glory this morning.

I know Glory is mr angry at times,and life issues ATM may have led to his over the top angry responses to people at the W/E and yes I did think he went too far at times.But I can't help but think back at another poster who got banned,saying it helped him cope with the **** life was throwing at him at that moment and he couldn't let things go,and pushed things till he got banned.Maybe knowing more background makes me see things slightly different,I don't know.No idea what's going on with Eric,but certain its not Glory.
Im not overjoyed at anyone being banned but respect the mods decision. Id like to put it on record though, that like him or not, this forum will be a poorer place without Glorys input in my opinion
