Maybe he can just put whichever one he buys on one of his super yachts and just let it drift into the Pacific or Atlantic Ocean
I find it astounding but then.. you know... guys with no left foot who are slow as a carthorse don't come along for mourinho often
For me, it's like when someone is available on a free. They're either good enough or not, if you weren't willing to spend money on them then they not worth getting for free either. I wouldn't want Harry Maguire for free because I don't think he's good enough for a title challenging side (What we aspire to be!)
I get what you mean but I wouldn’t pay £60m for Milner but on a free I’d take him. That’s because for 60m it’s. A large chunk of budget that you expect to be first team player but on a free then can be a good squad option.
getting players on a free normally means they want silly wages, if they turn out ****e, hard to get rid of.
and I'd agree. especially in our style. he's big, he's slow and he turns like Phil jones so he wouldn't suit lfc but stick 3 dms like matic felliani etc in front then play two full backs up front to cover wide areas and he might be ok
He’ll suit Mourinho perfectly. He’d be one of 8 defenders so his shortcomings will be easily covered as you’ve mentioned. Madness though.
Do you not think he's better than Lovren? / Which I admit is hard to really say since Lovren hasnt been bad the last 4 months or so.
Liverpool transfer news: Nabil Fekir breaks silence just days before deadline NABIL FEKIR has spoken out on his future with Lyon amid continued links with Liverpool just days before the Premier League transfer window closes. And the 25-year-old has spoken out about his future, suggesting there is plenty of time for him to still leave the Ligue 1 club. “As you can see, I am in Lyon. I am very happy here,” Fekir told Lyon’s official club TV station. “But the transfer window is still long and everything goes very quickly in football.
He's valued at £89m so if they do get him we can heave a communal sigh of relief at not having the world's most expensive keeper and get that monkey off our back.
