I didn’t see what he said, sounds like a bit of ****wittery to me, Ireland stands to suffer most in all this if he’s not careful.Maybe I read it wrong Stan but I thought the whole point the Irish PM was making was all about airspace and not allowing British planes to use Irish airspace ?
Barnier said basically that today, although they won't care about us as they will just take advantage. It wasn't long ago they were saying use Paris or Frankfurt for financial services?Time for the EU to take a step back and recognise that our government is in a right mess, it needs help not threats.
The Irish Teapot is a hell of a drama queen. Next week, he declares war on the UK on behalf of the 27 (without consulting them first)

Slightly off topic but I remember you saying a short while ago that your kids didn't like Trump because he shoots elephants and wondering where they got that idea from.Maybe I read it wrong Stan but I thought the whole point the Irish PM was making was all about airspace and not allowing British planes to use Irish airspace ?

I did read yesterday that Trump's son, Donald Trump Jr does travel to Africa to go hunting so that might explain it. Well sort of.
As you were folks...
Does make me laugh when they mention the '27' when 22 of them are tinpot.
Last time I checked yesterday, it was about 58% Remain, 28% No. Deal, and 14% Chequers.Or what was the final result?

Hope he likes going on holiday to Lanzarotte because he's going to have trouble flying anywhere else.I read about the planes also......
Bit silly as on my understanding it’s not an EU agreement to use airspace ( though I might be wrong) and he can’t just ‘ban’ our planes. adding to that the fact that the vast majority or planes from Ireland use our airspace it all seems rather bizarre
Yes, numbers were 18 no deal, 3 chequers, 32 remain.Last time I checked yesterday, it was about 58% Remain, 28% No. Deal, and 14% Chequers.

Yes, it was 60% Remain. I reckon that's what it will be when the real referendum happens.![]()
For the last two years the UK has been caricatured as being divided, loose canons making idiotic soundbites and generally badly organised. The EU has widely been lauded as being well prepared and completely unified.Exactly right mate.
The bloke is a complete tool.
We even have an agreement for the RAF to protect Irish planes.
He really is a very silly bloke..
So the last referendum wasn't the real one because you didn't like the result I presume?
