I don’t see why he needed to ask for a yellow card.? Don’t need to try that hard in a match to get yellow card...
It sounds more like he was saying don't do anything that could injure somebody. if a player is going to try and get a yellow card he's going to get it somehow, looks like the ref was just saying the safest way to do it.

Bournemouth have been fined £4.75 million for breaking financial rules in the Championship...bet they are crying about that. Turned out to be worth it.
Saido Berahino hasn't scored a goal in 2 years...including 3 missed penalties. Apparently also failed an off season drugs test....and has now been told he isn't fit enough to play for Stoke. Wasn't that long ago he was hot...needs to get himself sorted out.
Given that Southampton fans always accuse us of cheating to win the FA Cup, will you now accuse Bournemouth of cheating to win promotion?

On a more serious note, since QPR well and truly stuck their fingers up at the whole FFP system, and got a slap on the wrist, well we don't waste energy hoping the procedure works. We just roll our eyes at the outcomes.
Pompey have served time now, and have the freedom of the land, you should be happy your house is in order.
