Nice to see some movement finally .. the three lads we have signed seemed to have some sort of form .. is this a dream or reality .. I mean spending £1.5m ? Perhaps .. Just perhaps .. the penny has dropped that for us to be a better saleable asset we at least need to maintain our Championship status when the parachute money runs out !
Sounds like a good signing, has the penny dropped with Ehab at last, speculate to accumulate, he has finally understood what it means?
Would like to see the Dutch lad De Wiji on board today as well as Burke , its gone awfully quiet on that front beginning to wonder if some sort of snag has hit the deal with PSV.
I'm also surprised we're offering out 3 year deals, has Ehab had a change in policy? Was it not him that stated we were to give out two year deals with options? Or, does it work out better to offer a longer deal to somebody on less wages so that their reflected value in the transfer market is higher?
I can ditto the praise for Castle Hill - seven years ago I was on a 6x2 shift when the chest pain hit, after a 25 mile 'blue-light' ambulance ride and the insertion of a stent, I was sat up in bed and mended less than three hours after the first pain hit ...... the Dr's and nurses there are wonderful, dedicated and caring professionals. God bless 'em all.
