Is that a typo and you meant "mugging" Royston? The last time I travelled on the Tube in the London area everyone who got on looked directly at the floor/paper/phone/anything rather than even look at a fellow traveller.

I never cease to be amazed at the sheer lack of patriotism displayed by the BBC

BBC Radio 4 news this morning has our magnificent Colombian triumph as only Number 4 in their news running order - behind two fabricated Remoaner stories, naturally.

You can picture the scenes at BBC HQ in Luvvy Land last night - all those lined clad Lefties spluttering into their soya lattes as Pickford did the business.

I know the people at the Bob Hope would have paused the production to let the audience watch the penalties... I would point out that those women pay the actors salaries and if they want to watch football then why not?
