Did anyone think we would waltz into the prem and beat established teams immediately?

I doubt very much Jager is sorry he is Welsh, matter of fact I don't know any Welshman that does not wake up every morning and thank the 'All Mighty', that he is not English! Now I've given you plenty of slack Kiwi, but if you continue with your rubbish, and rubbish it is, then I will have no alternative other than to remove your posts, this is a footy forum, and I'll not tolerate your petty racist remarks, no matter how they are disguised, so I suggest your stick to footy please.

The other issue to the Jacks concerned is that Musty seems to be getting a rough ride from a few fellow Jacks, it's no secret that Aussie (Hit the Road) and musty didn't exactly hit it off on the old BBC 606, and with Kiwi in the mix, things are getting out of hand, can I please ask you all to show some respect to fellow Jacks please whether they live in Swansea, or Australia, or New Zealand. Dai is right and can we please try and make an effort to get along, thanks in advance lads!................

Until proven guilty!! I'm sure Musty will have something to say about that HTR, but at the end of the day, I think we should all cool down, and show some respect to each other, don't you!...................

Phil despite everything musty is getting the ride he deserves, I am sorry I have tried debating with him as have others and get personal attacks back, sorry but you reap what you sew, hence kiwi getting what he deserves also!

I am all for debate as you know, I don't agree with people at times but always try and see it from different perspectives, now there is always an opportunity to take things off the forum through PMs to resolve things, shame it's not used very often.

Problem is this. It's one thing to criticise the team / players/ Manager/ Chairman when deserved. Criticise Danny Graham for missing some chances if you want, and nobody would disagree with you. But to have someone abuse him mercilessly (calling him crap etc) after just a few games, and when the guy needs all the encouragement he can get right now is well out of order. We know that some players read these forums. Anyone who has watched our games must be blind not to see him improving. His work rate is excellent and the Manager himself has publicly said he's got every faith in him and the 'goals will come'. That's good enough for me - for now at least.

He, like the rest of the team has made a huge step up and our expectations should reflect that.

But the fact that mustyfrog has never been to Swansea, clearly knows very little of the history of our Club and lives thousands of miles away makes him probably the least qualified of most supporters on here to make such silly, if forthright comments. Posting utter tosh like 'the Swans aren't good enough for the A-League' is bound to get a reaction.

It just gets those that are closer to what is going on here riled up. Me included. Entitled to an opinion? Yes. Welcome as a far-away fan? Yes (been one myself). But temper that with some humility for your situation. Calling one of our long standing regulars a 'seeing eye dog' isn't going to help your rep on here.

well, its a shame there are so many abusive posters in this thread who need to pipe down. However.

I think both the Tottenham and Arsenal results this weekend have put our start back in the spotlight. A steady start for a new team in the best league in the world.

    In Brendan we trust.

swainseye I didn't mention Canada or USA, because there was no need to, the issues were around posters from down under, and Swansea, though I'm fully aware we have posters from other parts of the world, including Bangkok too, but you are probably right, i will have to get out on the beat more, though Not 606 has a policy of passive moderating, trusting posters predominantly to behave themselves, and I don't want to be spending all my time on this, and I don't want to be deleting all day either, and to be fair both Mabon and myself have had a very quite time, and we hope it stays like that....................

I'm only Welsh because I've lived here since a baby - I was born in South Africa. I still thank the lord I live in his own country, sing a song and dance in the rain.

I'm fairly fed up with pessimism about our club - ffs we're in the Premier League with £90m at least coming to us, best squad ever and playing absolutely wonderful football whilst competing with good teams. I just don't see any need for Kiwi or his bigoted views to be on our boards but both Jager and Musty have gone about things the wrong way at times (who amongst us haven't eh?!) and need to drop it and stick to discussions about the club and football rather than denigrate (love that word - means criticise unfairly).

Two Swans fans not enjoying our greatest days for many a year (if not the greatest ever) but instead hijacking a thread (with the help of a NZ Ranger)... tut tut tut. /tongueincheek

Chris, the guy called me an asswipe to begin with, then went on to call me a tosser, a seeing eye dog? and a ted? and further to scott a moron, tell me where I have personally attcked the guy at all? As for kiwi he gets it coming to him!

But I am enjoying our season chris, the tatey incident besides, we have a got a lot going for us, and are in the league we want our team to be, I have been too both home games and though the scoreline could have been better, I loved the packed full house!

    just to remind you dpj
i came on before the wigan game wishing you luck and hopeing you BEAT them
then after the game i offered swansea commiserations because i had wanted you to WIN
not something you can expect from me very often
you might think that is rubbish
the fact it all degenerated into a slagging match is down to jager
maybe you need to spend a bit more time talking to your own boys
i could care less if they want to slag me off
but if you only want footy on here maybe they should spend less time trying to deal to overseas supporters with thier overseas funds being spent in the clubshop
thier money has probably helped you out over the years

Jager and Scott, i apologise if i offended you in any way. The main problem I have is you both seem to think you can only be Welsh to support the Swans. In my profile it is out there that i was born in Scotland and moved to Australia when i was 12. Obviously i dont have the knowledge of past and present players that you do and god forbid who cares what job they have at the present. So please lets be adults, get over it, and start afresh, cheers.

Kiwitwat, your thread was a wum, you are a bigot, you spend an inordinate amount of time on here a team you do not support, now we don't need justification from you, just for you to sod off and stop diverting threads to your own needs!

So I say again, go away and post on the club you claim to support, a majority on here don't give a **** about the opinions of a bigot, phil included who you are whining too.
