It’s bullshit. If they’d pulled it back for a previous missed infringement that pen would never have happened.
Being VAR serious for a minute. Ref stopped the game as SK we’re getting into a dangerous position. What would have happened had he decided it was no penalty? Surely the review needs to take place the next time the ball goes out of play?
It stops the minute the VAR officials tell the ref he's ****ed up a penalty decision. The application of VAR in the World Cup has been way better than it's use in English football so far, I'm happy for the very short delays when it's resulting in getting the decisions right (the majority of them anyway).
It’s too exclusive & inconsistent for me. I’ll be forever against anything that unnecessarily spoils the flow of the game.
Certainly not, CityGirl. I hate Mexico with the heat of a thousand suns. (Their football team and supporters, not the country or the people, of course)
It's not actually been too bad. And I think many decisions have finally gone in favour of lesser sides, when normally they wouldn't have a ****ing prayer of getting it, no matter how obvious, excluding the france penalty.
