I used to think he was a bit of a poose when he was a player, but he seems to have got a good rapport going with these players. Nice and relaxed and they all seem to want to do well for him.

If we can get off to a good start against Tunisia, then I reckon this bunch could build on that platform and mount a decent challenge in this Tournie

I love Southgate and think he's handled the build up really well. I'm relatively optimistic of quarter finals.
