No way to know if concussion made an impact and it won't change the past anyway. Ramos is a dirty bar steward but Karius should ultimately have sought medical attention during the match and our physio's should have been paying better attention.

If he developed a blind spot and didn't come off he's even more to blame than if he simply made a terrible howler.
I'd blame him and his judgement MORE if he played with that sort of a condition.
I expected Ramos to kick Salah off the pitch. His rep was well known and they should've been prepared for it. Mind, so should the ref but we will go on, whereas Ramos will always be a ****.
