Thought it was the younger generations who were the snowflakes.
Sorry to spoil it for you. I just read it in the context of the reply & came back with how I usually respond when people tell me I can’t do something instead of telling me I shouldn’t.

I don't think anyone would use it to describe something that involved many deaths but hey-ho.
