I never thought I'd miss a saints game at wembley, but money > saints for me at the moment.
Have a brilliant time all that are going, and please sing a song for me!

The Midland Massive (which now includes a member who moved to Cornwall - daft Bugger) will be setting off about 8am by car down to North London then over ground train down to Wembley. What a nightmare Wembley is to get to
I live zone 2 and it will still take me 45 minutes to get to Wembley if I'm lucky

A sentiment i share, i live in North London Zone 2 and it will still take me about that long. Forget getting the bakerloo all the way to central tho, mugs game.

For all you locals, what's the best way from Waterloo? I remember last year there were two routes...I'm sure I took the wrong one :)

I remember when the debate about building a new national stadium was going on, that the Birmingham bid was turned down because of difficulties with transportation links.
The site for the Birmingham bid was near the NEC, serviced by M6/M42/Toll Road, next to Birmingham airport and on the main rail link between London/Manchester and they were proposing a new railway station, a monorail from the airport and new slip roads from the three motorways.
Instead they chose Wembley...ummmmm!

The sideshow of the premier league could well be over for us, the FA cup on the other hand is ours for the taking I see no reason we can't win it apart from the obvious bit that it involves being good at football. Come on Saints lets salvage something from this **** storm of a season and put in a performance that we can celebrate. COYS!!!!!!

Surprisingly, I am now getting excited for this.

Maybe it is because I’m pretty sure we are done as a PL club.

Not wearing any lucky clothes, phone cases, watch straps etc - they have all let me down this year.

COYR, let’s do this. Give me an excuse to not be at our Royal Wedding garden party on May 19th!

PS MrsNo7 is arranging that....

Like you i'm am getting excited for this, I think it must be the fact we have resigned ourselves to relegation which in a slightly sick way i'm almost looking forward to.

Don’t tell me you’ve given up too Archers? I felt ashamed I had already gone and you were my last bastion of hope.

You and Vin, actually.

Here goes. We're going to escape. I can feel it in my water. And my bladder never lies.

I know I keep quoting this but it really is my philosophy in life as well as football and it's stood me in good stead:

Cowards die many times before their death;
The valiant never taste of death but once.

Yes, we may go down, but I'll be unhappy when we do, not before. Which means I'll be happier for longer than pretty much anyone else on here this season. Then shortly after we go down I'll be looking forward to promotion and I'll be happy again.

I'm not making this up. I really am this stupid in real life.

Vin

Just to check where do you pick up tickets if they don’t arrive by post? I’ve not received them...

From St’Mary’s or Wembley?

I purchased my tickets on Friday 13th...
