It was only the project fear mongers and some stupid people that made that made the pound drop anyway. We were told that the economy would go into a recession. We were told the pound would take years to recover (if it ever did). Just goes to show that this country is more resilient than given credit for.

Not really Durbar. I am just pointing out that we seem to be doing okay and this is good news. It's just a shame that people cant agree and say yes we are doing well. I have been knocked on here a few times by people but at least I am man enough to admit when wrong whereas some can't. I look back at some of the rubbish said about Brexit and laugh. All the supposed experts were wrong and silly old me, was right. says a lot really.

they better hurry up less than a year to move every thing. I may be getting mixed up because I was told there would be an instant recession after the vote, mass unemployment, companies leaving or going bust? No growth in exports? Markets crashing....you get the point. I guess then in 2019 doomsday will happen according to you. I will save your post and bring up at a later date.

I'm just responding to your comments saying we haven't left yet. Point is bob it started as a general post but as per usual you have to go against every one of my posts. Stop knocking my degree because as I have said previously, I earned it while I had a sick relative. It was a tough time for me but I still graduated with a top grade. There is a saying about people who knock someones academic achievements. I will dig it up for you.

Bless, After knocking my education you have now resorted to being nasty saying I 'talk utter ****e'. They always say that about people who do not have the ability to debate properly. Heres a quote from Plutarch that I learned some time ago. 'The very spring and root of honesty and virtue lie in good education'. Rather than spouting your normal bile you should look it up and try and understand the meaning if you can.
