I have no idea that's why I was asking.
Neither do I, hence the questions I posed in my response. Even Ronaldo's leap to nod the ball into the 6 yard area may have been assisted by him using the defender's back to increase his elevation. Oliver had a tough call to make, but i.m.o he took the easy way out. In 90 % of corners and free kicks into the box, bodies come together in similar ways. We don't see penalties or free kicks given to the defending team at that rate.
Given the context of the situation in the match, Juve's comeback, Madrid's ineptitude/inability to put the tie to bed in open play, it almost seems to me that Oliver decided to forego 30 mins of extra time and go straight into penalty kicks, without awarding any to Juventus.
Real Madrid were lucky to escape the bullet. No conspiracy suggested at all. Juve were unlucky not to get a deserved 30 minutes of extra time. Ergo, RM were fortunate - i.m.o.

Any other camera angles ? Footage of Ronaldo's leap 1/2 a second earlier ? Why's the defender in front of Ronaldo stooping ?
Ref's line of sight footage ? Was the call given for a high foot or an assumed "push" in the back ? Was the player allegedly fouled using the hair-trigger ploy ?
Insufficient evidence from that short clip to call a pen without a shadow of doubt. IMO.
Lineker was a foreward btw. What was his conclusion ?

The footage from the game has already been posted earlier on this thread.

Def pen for me. Any fan of the attacking team would of called for that one big style. In fact at Anfield they would of called for two..

Re Liverpool. The Hull liver birds are crawling back out of the woodwork. The overused word by those Hull norn and bred "supporters " is "we".

As in

We totally stuffed Man City
We are 2-1 up now
We are going to win champs league etc.

Who the f@@k is we i ask. That team and place 90 miles away that you've never been to?

Of course "we won 5-0 same night"

Please ffs dont let them win it.
