That race was run perfectly for the French raider. I should lose about six stone and take out a license . I could've done better than that lot.
 
Hmmm ..... I thought I didn't like flat racing much.

Now I'm sure! Maybe things will pick up in a bit lol

What a beautifully judged race by the number 8 there. Held up, moved up smoothly on the outside, tracked the leader until 2 out when took up the running. Challenged in final furlong and almost headed but pulled out more and won going away.


Without a jockey <laugh> Fantastic

And in a double with Stargazer in the last, so all is good. I spent 500 quid on my motorhome today and was hoping to recoup some of that. Wasn't looking too optimistic until the last race lol

Interesting handicap at Newcastle at 3:20 for me.

Quite an even field with 7 or 8 with claims but I've opted for Amazing Red - came up short a fortnight ago by Island Brave (running in this race also) and Koeman. There are a lot of tempting prices in this race but I fancy that's because there will be less than a length and a half between the first four.

Absolutely horrrendous <laugh>
My racing app just changed the winner from Stargazer to Island Brave which is a real shame since Stargazer managed to get through the last half furlong with the loose horse's farter right in his face.
 
I know they didn't show the head on but couldnt see anything

Now I have and can see what they based it on. Gutted though :(
