Once the buyout is completed I hope it is revealed whether Duchatelet still has any ownership in The Valley.

A new lease of life for Belgium 20 and ROT if he does.
Duchatelet should be the target for their ongoing campaigns every single day until he completely severs all ties with Charlton Athletic.
Having that old bastard as a Landlord will be just as intolerable as having him for an owner.
If he would like a quiet life, the take-over had better be clean and complete.

He still owns The Valley and I'm still boycotting(homes).
 
For all our sakes I pray it's a clean and complete take-over.

Any remaining connection between RD and Charlton Athletic will be more divisive than ever and will continue to taint everything the new owners try to do.
Best not to dwell on the possibility - it will spoil your weekend!
Let's not go there until we are forced to, which may never happen.

I hope I am imagining your implication is that the take-over might take some time (years even) before it is regarded as complete?
Despite my own advice, Elf's worry about this has taken up residence in the back of my own mind.
