Surely if they have proof it’s the Russians then the government would have briefed the opposition? It’s not partisan or point scoring situation - or at least shouldn’t be.
Agree Tooting, After May spoke to the house on Wednesday, Corbyn thanked her for receiving a copy of the information beforehand. The next day the (Tories) seemed to stop giving Labour information. maybe due to his comments. I have a feeling that the government does not trust Corbyn so won't be giving him the information until it's in the open. Sad because the opposition should know otherwise they simply guess and confuse the situation.

Bang on. This is a potentially huge threat to national security and public safety. It is not an issue to play party politics over.

It is dreadful. There needs to be a grown up conversation about the NHS and most of us may need to pay a bit more to support it - but they'll probably just let it carry on and politicians will just continue to blame each other.

They should pay the Ambulance crews more money :)

Haha... nothing wrong with a bit of naked self interest!

When you see the pay levels of all public sector employees and those working in areas of health and education the need is clear for substantial pay increases to offset the pay stagnation of recent years under the Tories.

Collecting taxes from corporations wouldn’t be a bad way to fund it either.

To be fair, we all go into the service knowing we ain’t gonna make a fortune, so I really can’t complain.
I’m seeing that the rewards might not be financial, but it’ll definitely be good for my inner self.

Didn't hear that but how sweet would that be at multiple levels?! Unlikely I suspect.
They mentioned something about a connection to someone else but his name was definitely mentioned. There was a documentary on RA a few years ago and people that did business with him or crossed him ended up dead.
Think about it why would you need like 10 bodyguards whenever you go out? The boxes either side of him at Scumford Bridge are always empty. You cant use them when he is there. Dodgy Russian criminal.

The alleged murdered Russian in New Malden, Nikolai Glushkov who gave evidence against Abramovich in a case brought about by LogoVaz car company owner Boris Berezovsky in 2011, was also found dead at his home in Berkshire in 2013. Berezovsky had fallen foul of Putin while Abramovich remained on good terms with the Kremlin. The coroner returned an open verdict on his death. Nikolai Glushkov was a director of this car company and also the state airline Aeroflot. Both fled to the UK for asylum and both have died in suspicious circumstances. The plot thickens.

There was a view in the early days that RA bought Chelsea to give him a high profile thus making it harder to kill him.

Who'd heard of the others mentioned by Ellers and 9s?

I read somewhere a few years back that RA had been 'persauded' by Putin to contribute to the cost of building the stadia for the Sochi Winter Olympics and wouldn't be surprised if he had been tapped up for a contribution the the World Cup costs. I suppose if he keeps stumping up here and there Putin will spare him a 'hit'...<laugh>

And talking of Putin, not content with arresting and banning the main opposition party this is just to make sure...<laugh>

Corbyn will probably say they might not have been votes for Putin...
