Another way of looking at it is as background info on G Cohn. It is generally acknowledged that he is a Democrat. Pads out what would otherwise be a very short report!

Yep, that's when I learned to actually realise what they are doing <ok> I posted about that site a few pages back.

Now all I see when I read anything in the media, is LOTS of BULLSHIT spin.

It's worth my 15 bucks a month tbh. Projects like this are good, applying scientific method in analysis of media reports

in fairness the entire western world has allowed it to happen.

the joke that is sending ship to pick up poor unfortunates launched into the sea with zero hope of getting 5 miles or whatever is ridiculous. Nobody wants to actually fix the problem.

Egypt (started and) ended up a defacto military dictatorship as the army took one look at the alternative and dropped the hammer on it.

the only difference is liyban opposition had support to get shut of gadaffi. syria is same outside focres supporting.

Then the west turned its back and let it all happen.

We all know cameron did a whistle stop landing in there in lyiba shook hands and got the **** out. IMO if anyone cameron has more culpability than mrs private server.

Views on politics, like history, depend on which books you read i.e. from which perspective. The article link is an opinion column in a US paper hence the content.

I only dip in and out of this thread because I'm not a political animal and so it leaves me completely out of my depth most of the time. You're far too savvy for me to respond to anything else you posted there <laugh>
