Without talking to people personally, this is rather difficult to say. Frankly, I don't care if it is a non league manager so long as they are hungry.

The likes of Mouriniho and his former sidekick now at Chelsea started as backroom staff, not even on the football side but true ability stands out and this was noticed and put in charge, they both rose to great achievements - Like I said, good man managers have a certain aura about them (e.g. Lambert) and we this is what we need right now...

fair enough <ok>

personally i was wrong about buckle. after our relegation, i wanted someone like a big name who could get us back up and wasnt too keen on buckle as not experienced enough although has done well in his short time as manager. but he has proved me wrong very early with some of his signings and the style we play. i have missed the football down the years what buckle has us playing. im very happy with our manager. i think these days, a hungry manager as you state would be a up and coming manager looking to prove himself. i have a feeling though that some of your fellow fans would want a very big name though.

Crack on asking the questions kid, nowt wrong with learning from your betters in all honesty.

I don't understand the last bit of your post, could you re-phrase it in English please?

learning from betters?? there are a few city fans on here who i respect as they seem realistic and make a lot of sense. prem would be one of them and alan too. people like them on here, i do like to have conversations with to be honest and without the wums. i did try this before with yourself but you dismissed me thinking i was wumming when i wasnt.

with your request for me to re-phrase, above you put jazz music on. since then, a few comments on different threads i notice you seem more calmer than usual. as you usually seem angry about something, usually as me <laugh> its a bit off putting seeing you chilled out for once :)

Nope, I've read that 3 times now and you're still talking bollocks?

Do we really want to be paying another wage for someone not doing anything? Millen is on a three year deal.

I supose I should get the obvious "we are already paying Millen for nothing" gag out of the way.

A few results go against us & it's moan, moan, moan.............................Milly & the City boys, will soon shut up all the doubters, for gods sake have some patients!!!!!
