All you southern ****tas soon complain about a little bit off snow.

 

Swanage is a cracking place. Spent many a day down the beach there as a kid, as well as far too much pocket money in the arcade.

 

I ain't complaining. Been out having great fun in the stuff. All turned to slush today though

You once confessed that you lasted 'for seconds'. Try losing some weight mate, you'll be able to keep it up for longer.

 

I think the reason it is still special , is you don't drive through it En-route . You go to Swanage to go to Swanage if that makes sense .

Got the Waverley to Weymouth from there as well .

Hants & Dorset are fantastic IMHO .

Swanage was always a once-twice a year treat during the summer holidays. As you say a lot of the places that way are destinations rather than drive through routes.
Do they still run the Waverley or is it done with?

I know you're having a pop, Commie, but it has to be said that there's nothing quite like Swanage in bloom.
