Not to worry I'm sure there's a pill you can get for this condition. It’s a weakness few of us suffer from
Poor WCD
Looking at our defence in the highlights:
My view of first goal. Up to then Cooper had been ok. Long ball was aimed at an area that should have been Coopers and he rightly went for it.
De Bock also went for it, wrongly. I don’t think he put Cooper off, Cooper just misjudged it did an atrocious header right into path of player towards the wing. Because de Bock was out of position he could not get across in time. Not sure I’d blame Wiedwald it wasn’t his ball initially and ok he failed to save the shot but it was from a good scoring position
In the play shown up to that point, the only defensive problems I saw were Berardi got caught napping by their left winger on one occasion; then deBock was hopelessly out of position when they whipped that corner right across the face of the goal and it only needed a touch from Huddleston (Felix just let it go too and should have got it I think). But de Bock was marking fresh air when he should have been tight on the spare man and/or by the goalpost.
Berardi then fcked up again, got caught in possession and seemed short of pace recovering and they were again a whisker from scoring. On that one Nugent was marked by de Bock, a bit harsher to blame him for Nugent getting the header to be fair. But some fullbacks might have stopped it.
Next they hit the crossbar. Thing I noticed then is Vieira came across to left (might have been a correct decision as Forshaw was not going to get there) but pulled out of tackle (Derby player was favourite). Forshaw did not move to cover gap left by Vieira on the right (and he could, he was just walking and ball watching). As a result the Derby player ran forwards 5 yards and had a really clean shot. The two CM players need to operate as a unit (Bremner and Giles, anyone?) and Vieira did that, covering Forshaw, but Forshaw failed to do the same in return).
Continued......
It came from a corner given away by Felix because he didn’t shout. The ball looped well behind Pontus he was backing to try to get to it. Maybe he should have, but if you play enough balls in like that you’ll get lucky, they got the chance because the goalie had earlier failed to collect an easy ball and let Cooper head it behind for a corner.2nd goal was Janssons fault - Huddlestone looped the ball up but he miss-judged the header and at 6ft 5 he should win ALL of those!!

Please don’t divert me from my hatred of WiedwaldIt only looped behind him because he started strolling out in front of the rest of the defenders - even then, if he had jumped before the ball went over his head he would have got it

Don't go upsetting TC again,he's very tender this week. Please don’t divert me from my hatred of Wiedwald

As it happens I've been reading everyones take on what is going wrong this season, after the initial good start. I know you think cheap foreign ****e players, personally I think some weren't bought for this year, others like De Bock (unless we've sold him and bought De Brock) will be better once adapted to English football.
So for me by far the biggest miss is Green. It's plain to see the defence (with good reason) do not trust Felix, have you seen Pontus, Cooper and Forshaw screaming at him to come and claim the ball. (and a simple one at that). Once that happens it makes the whole defence jittery and almost desperate to keep the ball away from him so dragging defenders out of position to stop the ball going near the goal.
Don't know what to think of Green. Did he just jump for the money? Was he annoyed that he was going to be the number two? Is he not good as a judge of a goalkeeper because if he was Felix in training he must have known it would only be a few games before he put back in as no. 1 (ffs even Lonegran got a go - and may get another).
Anyway, ready to be shot down in flames but I think we have / could cope with the loss of CT & Wood but the keepers have undermined everything. Your thoughts, welcome
You've been doing it for years.Or Doc - keep posting repetitively as its much more entertaining![]()
maybe you shouldn't try to give it out as you obviously can't take it back.

Should have gone Berlin for a month as normal, instead of crying in public.

Green did the right thing for him and his family. Totally undermined by the club, the last half of last season green was one of our best players. I would have done the same thing. As I said earlier on in the season how many players do you sign from the bundesliga for £500.000 answer none unless they're ****ing useless. It was blatantly obvious from the first few appearances from felix that he was ****e. All the people saying he didn't let a goal in for the first 6/7 games that's because the ball never got anywhere near him, now every time the ball goes in our box it's inevitably a goal. I never thought we'd sign a worse keeper than silvestri but weildwald ****e beyond belief. As it happens I've been reading everyones take on what is going wrong this season, after the initial good start. Can’t argue. But would suggest that our defensive midfielders {all 128 of them} are every bit as weak a link as Felix.
